Full-Stack Developer — Build and maintain the Roofana platform (Next.js, React, Supabase, Vercel). Own features end-to-end from database schema to deployed UI. Experience with GoHighLevel API integration is a plus.

AI & Automation Engineer — Design and improve AI-powered systems including our insurance document scanner, quote generation engine, and customer communication workflows. Experience with Claude API, document parsing, and workflow automation.

Customer Success Manager — Be the voice of Roofana for homeowners from quote to warranty. Manage customer communications, coordinate with installers, and ensure every roof project runs smoothly. Empathy and attention to detail matter more than industry experience.

Marketing & Growth Lead — Own Roofana's digital presence across paid ads, SEO, content, and social media. Build the brand from early traction to household name. Experience in DTC, proptech, or home services marketing is ideal.

Operations Coordinator — Manage the day-to-day logistics of permits, material orders, installer scheduling, and delivery tracking. You're the person who makes sure every project stays on timeline. Highly organized and comfortable working across multiple systems.

Realtor Partnership Manager — Grow and manage Roofana's realtor referral network. Build relationships with agents and brokerages, onboard new partners, and drive referral volume. Real estate industry experience preferred.

Section 4 — Open Positions: Roofing Professionals. These roles require on-site work in Roofana's active service areas.

Licensed Roofing Installer (Contractor) — Join Roofana's installer network and receive job offers in your coverage area. You must hold a valid state contractor license, carry General Liability ($1M/$2M) and Workers' Compensation insurance, and be willing to list Roofana as Additional Insured. Roofana handles customer acquisition, permits, material ordering, and payment — you focus on the install. Pay is $150 per roofing square plus $500 dumpster reimbursement per job.

Quality Control Inspector — Perform post-installation inspections on completed Roofana roofs. Document workmanship quality with photos, verify manufacturer installation specs are met, and flag any issues before warranty activation. Must have roofing industry knowledge and reliable transportation.
